We are top of the league - say - we are top of the league!

We started the game with a line-up that boasted seven goals from the midfield, and two from the attack, could we guess where the goals would come from?

And so it proved. After Rotherham had put us under early pressure, Cameron brilliantly controlled a long punt from Muscat, brought it down and coasted past a couple defenders to slot the ball past their goalkeeper. Cameron's first goal for Wolves and no more than he deserved.

Straight after that goal, for the third time in three away matches, Wolves followed up their first goal with a second almost immediately after. Proudlock crossed to Cameron who, with space turned an set up the ball for Kennedy to score with another unstoppable right foot shot from the edge of the box.

Kennedy celebrated in front of the Rotherham bench, which seemed to upset them. Not sure what happened, but surely he should know better?

As with the last two away games, Wolves thought they had killed off the game by going two up. This was a cue for Rotherham to pile on the pressure and they brought some fine saves from Oakes. They didn't look as likely to score as Gillingham had, but neither did they look as ineffective as Walsall.

The second half continued with Rotherham still looking for a goal to bring them back into the match. We looked useful on the break with a couple of last minute interventions necessary from their back four.

However, they looked the most likely to score until the introduction of Alex Rae from the bench for his first extended run out since his signing. And he killed off the match when he skipped past a few of their defenders and steered the ball into the back of the net.

We rode our luck a few times, but at the end of the match it was 3-0 to us and it's the result that counts isn't it? Did I mention we are top of the league?......
